A Community Shield acts as the first line of defense, ensuring that the group remains a productive space for genuine investors and fans while keeping the bad actors away.
We are looking for a highly skilled Telegram Gatekeeper to join our security team. Your main responsibility is to protect our official community from the constant threat of bots and scammers. You will be responsible for setting up and managing advanced moderation bots like Rose or Miss Julia to automatically filter out spam. However, bots are not enough, so you will manually monitor the chat during your shift to identify "soft shilling" or suspicious links that bots might miss. You will also be the person who manages the "Join Request" list, checking profiles to ensure only real humans enter the group. Beyond security, you will help the project by pinning important messages and making sure that the pinned posts are always up to date with the latest links and news. You must be prepared to handle "FUD" (Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt) by providing factual answers to concerned members and muting those who spread fake news intentionally.
You must have at least one year of experience in moderating large Telegram groups with over ten thousand members. You need to be an expert in using Telegram bot commands and setting up custom filters. Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work under pressure during big news launches are required.c
