You need to reach a specific level by chatting daily. You must not use spam or short messages like "GM" or "Cool". You need to have real and meaningful conversations with people. Your goal is to get noticed by the project moderators so they give you a Whitelist spot. You will also participate in server games, art contests, and voice chat sessions. This job requires you to be online for at least six to eight hours a day to ensure you stay ahead of others.
