As our Social Media Growth & Meme Marketing Specialist, you will create and manage a content calendar featuring daily memes, viral short videos, engaging graphics, and interactive polls tailored to the crypto community. You will actively engage with leading crypto projects, influencers, and trending discussions by posting creative and relevant replies that increase our visibility and attract new followers. You will organize meme contests, community challenges, and other engagement campaigns while encouraging user-generated content. Staying updated with the latest social media and crypto trends, identifying viral opportunities, and adapting content accordingly will be a key part of your role. You will also monitor performance metrics, track engagement, follower growth, and content reach, then provide weekly reports with insights and recommendations to continuously improve our social media growth strategy.
You should have a proven track record of growing social media communities through creative, high-performing content. You must be deeply familiar with platforms like X (Twitter), Reddit, Telegram, Instagram, and TikTok, with a strong understanding of internet culture, viral trends, and meme formats. Experience engaging with crypto and Web3 communities is highly preferred. Excellent written communication skills, creativity, and a sharp sense of humor are essential. You should be proactive, trend-aware, and capable of turning viral moments into meaningful engagement and follower growth.
