We are hiring an Engagement Specialist whose primary focus is to increase the daily active users (DAU) in our Telegram channel. Your job is to be the most active person in the chat, starting interesting discussions about the project and the general crypto market. You will be responsible for creating and running daily activities such as polls, "Predict the Price" games, and mini quizzes with small prizes. You need to identify the most active members of the community and build a relationship with them so they become brand advocates. You will also work closely with the marketing team to coordinate "Raids" where our community goes to Twitter or Reddit to support our project.
Another key part of your work is to collect feedback from the members and report it to the developers so we can improve our product based on what the community wants. This role requires a very positive attitude and the ability to turn a quiet chat into a buzzing hub of activity.
